History

The Eastern San Joaquin County Groundwater Basin Authority works collectively to develop locally supported groundwater projects to strengthen water supply reliability in Eastern San Joaquin County. A joint powers authority, GBA members agree to work cooperatively with unanimity, to speak with one voice to achieve reliable, affordable water supplies for the region.
